The Khazar iron smelting complex is built on a 51-hectare land in the industrial city of Rasht. This factory has an establishment license and an operating license for the production of all kinds of steel ingots and blooms, as well as the production of all kinds of industrial gases. The main equipment of the complex includes electric arc furnace, LF, six-line casting and required support equipment such as dust collector, water supply, compressed air system, air separation unit and heavy vehicles required for annual production of 500,000 tons of bloom and steel billet in grades. and has created different standards. Bloom and production billet sections are 150150 and 130130 mm with a standard length of 12 meters (or the length required by the customer).
A dedicated electricity substation of 33.0 KV and a gas station with a capacity of 5000 cubic meters have been procured and installed in order to supply the required energy of the complex.
The industrial gas production unit with a capacity of 5000 cubic meters produces and provides oxygen, nitrogen and argon gases required by the complex with a purity of 99.9%.
The company’s laboratory, equipped with a quantometer device capable of measuring 28 elements, along with all the equipment related to sample preparation, constantly measures and monitors the analysis of production melts.
